I am not sure when it actually happened, but I just realized that I might have an unhealthy addiction to peek devices and wallets.
I seem to buy all the ones I see, and I never put them in one spot, so I never noticed how many I really have, I still don’t know.
If you have the same addiction or want to start one, come with me on this ride. This new wallet has become my favorite. It clicks all the things I look for. Innocent looking, small and simple, can hold Poker size cards and is basically examinable/handleable by the spectator. And most importantly it is something that I would not be embarrassed to handle.
It works like all other wallets but is nicer and can be used to carry your everyday credit cards, and ID cards (if you carry one of each like I do) and of course a few business cards,
I may have mentioned before why I like the wallet to also be able to hold a full-size playing card. Being a card guy, I like to have people select their favorite card and write on it their favorite color, person, etc… so I can seemingly be able to divine more that one piece of information without them having to write down or think of more than one thing. I can also sometimes tie in their favorite card with their favorite object or person with some BS story.

BS Board:
Speaking of BS. I recently started carrying and doing the Jeff Stewart BS Board at shows and magic events and I forgot how it kills. It is funny how you can do the most beautiful and well-thought out routines and all your spectators remember is the the BS Board. Probably because of the unexpected emotional response it gets. Not recommended for family shows.
If you are not familiar with it take a look at the trailer. These were made out of printed plastic and should last longer than I will.

A few weeks ago, when I introduced you to the Question Mark Lapel pins, I mentioned the long and dangerous process it takes to make them. Today I am going to let you watch how they are made. Actually, the middle part of the operation.
Richard Micucci who makes them agreed to video the different processes as he was making another batch of pins.

Just got notice that I will need to ship my booth to Las Vegas in two weeks for Magic Live. As time is getting tight it looks like only one of my three new products will be ready in time. There is an outside chance that a second might be finished and shipped overnight… but it does not look good.
The good news is that the one item that will make it, is one I used to perform at all the house parties I used to do thirty years ago! I have been messing around with various designs and materials on how to best make it for at least 20+ years. It will finally be here, and I am sure you will like it.
Until next time,
Meir
