Bruce Chadwick who is the stage manager for all of the Society of American Magicians’ stage shows at their national conventions was badly burned on new year’s day when a can of fuel for his barbecue exploded in his hands and set him on fire. He is now home recuperating. Most of the burns were 2nd and 3rd degree. He is expected to undergo much therapy and possible skin grafts. You may send him a get well card at:  Bruce Chadwick, P.O. Houdini is profiled in a new book by Michael Reynard titled “Money Secrets of the Rich and Famous.” The book analyzes how successful and not so successful people have managed their money and who they left it to.
