I still have a bunch of products from Live that I will be introducing you to. This week is another routine by Astor who showed this to me at his booth. I thought it was a very interesting way of reading the mind of someone after they select a slot machine symbol, seemingly at random. It can also be used as a force or even a gambling game where you guess at what symbol they land on. It is also self-working and repeatable.
Below you will also find some very important information about the Rainbow Phantom Cards and any other product you purchased using Higar’s Rainbow Film. You need to read it if you own any of the products that use that technology.
►Pocket Slot Machine:
The basic routine is very simple. A spectator thinks of one of the numbers in the inner disc and turns the outer disc that many times to see what slot machine symbol they arrive at.
You can immediately read their mind and tell them the symbol they are thinking of even though your back was turned. You can even do this while you walk away to another room. Everything is examinable and it can be immediately repeated.

I really like the following routine. It sold-out several times. And while in Vegas I wanted to buy all they had left but they too sold out. I like the effect and mostly the very clever method. I just got a shipment with all the available force cards.
►What Happens In Vegas:
You show a deck of cards whose backs represent many of the current and past casinos in Las Vegas and shake the card box explaining that it has a prediction inside.
As you deal down cards on the table a spectator is stops you at any casino back and that card is placed aside. You then turn the deck over and start dealing cards face up in a pile and the spectator stops you at any card.
You open the card box and dump out a Poker chip that has a casino logo on one side and a playing card on the other. Neither of which match the selections. But when you turn over the two freely selected cards, they are seen to match your prediction with both the playing card face and the casino back.

►IMORTANT:
Hundreds of you have purchased Higar’s brilliant Rainbow Phantom Cards from me and many of you have told me how much you enjoy performing with them.
Something happened recently that affects the way the silver/mirror cards are working. Some of the newer cameras and software upgrades have improved the way they are taking pictures by making things faster and more precise which does not give the camera enough time to cleanly capture the hidden image. This causes the images to look dark and have a grey background.
I wrote an article in MagicTimes that explains things in more detail and gives some tips on how to compensate for the new technology.

►Big Bucks:
The routine revolves around a conflict between two people who are trying to out cheat each other.
It begins with four large ten-dollar bills which are miscounted as eighty dollars. The four ten dollar bills are then shown to have changed into a ten, a twenty, a fifty, and a hundred-dollar bill for a total of $180!
