This starts out as a gag item with a giant pill, but then the magic starts when it seems to have a life of its own. You can make the pill move, rise, and lower on command. As a finale you explain that it is penicillin… when you take it apart to show it is actually a PEN-icillin.

You can present this as straight magic or combine it with the thousands of drug and pill jokes found in books and on the web.
