A while ago I programed my phone to play a cash register sound every time someone places an order (not an original idea). My friends find it entertaining. One time I was having lunch with Harry Anderson and it was going off every few minutes and he made a wise crack of me being like an investor tracking the market, but later made a very astute observation.

I would like to thank the many people who purchased my new release. I really like this routine and can’t wait to start performing on stage again so I can get the laughs and applauds.

Have been working on this release for quit a while. It is an excellent stand-up routine with built in humor and is practically self-working. It can be used in formal close-up shows or large theaters.

While rummaging through the warehouse last week I came across 16 of Tom Mullica’s Sight Savers that I did not know I had.

The second the pandemic became widely reported on and restrictions began unfolding, most close-up magicians also began lamenting on social media that sponge ball magic, as we know it, has just come to an end.

I am releasing something new today. It is uncharacteristic of the rest of my line, but I was offered this opportunity and decided to go for it. I think you will like it. It is a set of card silks with a blank and a king that are perfect for TT use.

A few months ago, I introduced you to Terry Broshears hand-made color changing knives. Many of you picked up the Hot Rod Knives, and the many variations of the standard and stag knives.

Last week I mentioned that there are three coins across routines using a shell that are far better than all the others (my opinion).

One of the things that always bothered me was the designs used for the “Chinese Coins” in magic. Very often the Chinese characters on the coins spelled silly words, many of the coins had reverse images on them, the enamel colors on them made them look like toys, and I always felt guilty calling them Chinese coins.
