[MyMagic] Rainbow Slots
This week is another routine by Astor who showed this to me at his booth. I thought it was a very interesting way of reading the mind of someone after they select a slot machine symbol, seemingly at random.
[MyMagic] New Big Bucks Release
As you probably remember I purchased the rights to Obie O’Brien’s product line. Last month I released the “Forks Full Of Appetizers” book and today I will introduce you to one of his two favorite routines.
[MyMagic] Offbeat
We just received our first case of Nick Diffatte’s first hardcover book that sold-out at the recent Magic Live convention where he also spoke and performed.
[MyMagic] Bills Of Steel
Time for a trick. Max Londono and I hung out a lot in the 70s and 80s (I guess I am old). One of the quick tricks he did all the time was a fake torn and restored bill routine.
[MyMagic] Eliminations
On the last day of Live my friend Astor showed me a really cool (is that a phrase that I should stop using?) routine which I really liked.
[MyMagic] Plasticized
Mathieu Bich is an artistic creator I always pay attention to. He had a booth across from me, so I had a chance to check out his wares.
[MyMagic] Main Course
One of the items I picked up in Vegas was the Gambler’s Ring. It is a finger ring/band that acts both as a shiner and a pegger to mark cards in play.
[MyMagic] Zoltar
Although most of the new magic I purchased in Las Vegas should arrive next week. I was able to sneak some stuff in my luggage.
[MyMagic] Back To Reality
The overall energy of the Magic Live convention was exceptional. Especially the first night. The closest I can come to explain the mood is for you to imagine a group of lifers escape from prison and after a day on the run they end up at a high-end buffet… Which in this case was the dealers room.
[MyMagic] FFFF Book Release
The booth will be open tomorrow where I will introduce my latest product. It is an excellent book featuring 98 routines contributed by 73 creative magicians from the 1970s and 1980s. A literal whose who of that era.
