Around five years ago I introduced you to some of the magic of Christian Scherer, I will be re-releasing one of the items soon, and the main routine around August.
A large magic book featuring many of his best creations was just released and you can find it below. It is full of well-thought-out routines, gimmicks, and methods you will not find anywhere else.
What you may remember is that his original coin sets are what I based my Japanese coins and shells on, after I offered you his original coins. I held back a bunch of them for a future project but decided to go with my coins instead. I am now offering you the remaining stock of his original coin sets and am including some bonus items with the coins.
►Asian Coins & Shell Set:
These are the original coin sets that Christian Scherer designed and had manufactured in the 1980s. The set comes with four half-dollar sized Japanese coins (which are large replicas of the current 5 Yen coin), and a manufactured expanded matching shell.
As a special bonus you will also receive four double-backed plastic cards with the image of the coin in the center which makes them ideal for use in matrix routines. I am also including two real 5 Yen Japanese coins which are much smaller.

►Mosaic:
Mosaic is a collection of Christian Scherer’s most powerful creations. These routines have been honed over four decades in front of real audiences, and this marks the first time many of them are being published in English.
Inside, you’ll discover an expansive range of magic for all skill levels and tastes. There’s everything from exceptional card work to standout coin routines. Christian has also developed unique effects which allow you to present the illusion of slowing time down; as well as quirky parlor pieces such as a hilarious routine involving teleporting golf balls and a mysterious golf club.

►MY MAGIC’S LATEST RELEASE:
►WOW 7: Kreskin Edition:
This is a very limited The Amazing Kreskin Edition that includes two books from his personal inventory.
It is an ideal way to present a mentalism routine while discussing the most famous mentalist in history and justifying the use of the two hardcover books.
You can read the spectator’s mind and write down the word they are thinking of. Ask them to yell out the word they are thinking of, then show the audience the word you wrote. They match.
But it is not over yet. As an afterthought have the spectator think of the last word on that page. You can now proceed to dramatically spell out the thought of word for a double miracle.

►BACK IN STOCK:
Just got a few more of Max Maven’s Pocket Nightmare which was one of the routines he was best known for.
►Pocket Nightmare:
Max Maven’s signature routine: You tell your audience that you will perform an effect with only one hand, to make sure that everyone knows that sleight-of-hand is not possible. The other hand is placed in your pocket. The spectator peeks at a card in the deck. You are then able to divine the card that the spectator is only thinking of.
The deck is then given to the spectator who is invited to search through the deck for their card only to discover that it has completely vanished. You said you would do the trick with only one hand, but you did not specify which hand. You remove your other hand from your pocket holding the vanished selection.

PS: Attended the informal preview to next year’s magic exhibit at Lincoln Center and one item caught my eye. The doctor who declared Houdini’s death marked it as October 30 several times, and it was then crossed out and replaced with October 31!
“…always make sure that the meaning and logic of the trick is apparent and the effect is clear.”
