This week’s release is from the Todd Karr line of magic I acquired. This is a simple routine using postcards with pinups on them. Todd actually hired a Playboy model to pose for the photos and I incorporated part of that story into the patter on the trailer.
You of course can present it anyway you like. Think of it as a close-up routine based on the Thayer and Abbott’s Bathing Beauty premise. There are very few of these available.
A close-up routine that has photographs change multiple times and ends with the classic Bathing Beauty gag.
You start out by showing colorful promotional photos of your magic assistant wearing a kimono while posing on the beach. A wave of the hand and the short robe vanishes leaving all the photos of her wearing a bikini. When your volunteer tries to make her swimsuit disappear the tide comes in to hide her body.

You may not be aware of this, but I released Martin’s first video on DVD and later as a download. It is full of his original close-up magic that I think you will enjoy.
