FIRST: I am continuing to ship your orders on a daily basis. Thank you for your continued support.
While rummaging through the warehouse last week, looking for something that I did not find, I came across 16 of Tom Mullica’s Sight Savers that I did not know I had. There were no instructions, so I had to print new ones.
The reason I discontinued this item was that they stopped manufacturing decent eyeglass lens wipes that were both the right size and were not liquid based (most are wet wipes now). So, if you ever wanted one of these, this is your chance.
I was also able to find a video of Tom performing this and even doing a commercial convincing you to buy it.
Take a look: HERE
I performed this bit in my act a few times while using a variation of a Henny Youngman joke: “I am so nearsighted I need contact lenses to see my glasses.” It fit because I wore glasses and had to take them off to do the routine.
Sight Savers:
The audience notices your eye seems to be bothering you. You reach into your eye and remove a contact lens. But wait! The lens is huge, it is two-inches wide and 1/8 inch thick!
You wipe the lens clean while everyone is laughing and put it back into your eye. Amazing, convincing, entertaining, and magical.

A few weeks ago, I promised to film a tutorial for my color changing knife routine and was finally able to take care of it this weekend. The main part of the routine was inspired by the Scotty York idea of hiding an extra knife in the band of your wristwatch which he gave to Fred Kaps, who popularized it.
I used the idea to aid in an explanatory transposition. Scotty loved my idea and gave me permission to publish my routine. The main phase was published in my book Magical Wishes and I used to teach the whole routine during my lectures. This is the first time I am teaching it this century. I think it is a nice quick routine that is easy, direct and one you will like.
Strolling Knife Routine:
You begin with a single red knife. As you wave your hand over it, it keeps changing color to white. This is done several times until you explain that you cheated by using a second knife that is hidden under your wristwatch.
To demonstrate the impossibility, you place the red knife under your watchband and the white one in your fist. They magically change places. You then place one in each hand and they change places, and as a finale you place the white knife in the spectator’s hand and the red one in yours. Under impossible conditions they change places.

Stay safe, Meir
PS: Still working on my stand-up release. Packaging arrived this afternoon and have gotten some nice endorsements. Hope to have it out in around a week or so. Stay tuned.
CARD SILK SET MORE INFO & BUY: HERE There are many routines published, recorded, and marketed using card silks. A card silk is a silk scarf with a picture of a playing card on it. Of the many published routines, the most engaging are the ones that use two silks. One with a blank card pictured and one with a playing card. This two-silk set allows you to present sucker like routines with you missing and then making good. It is also an excuse to magically change one silk into another. Our silk set which is ideal for Thumb Tip use includes two 9-inch silks: A full-color blank card and a full-color King of Hearts card. | ESP FEELER CARDS MORE INFO & BUY: HERE This is a set of six ESP Symbol Cards (Rhine Cards) that have been manufactured with the “Feel A Color” principle build into them. This allows you to feel the orientation of the cards, even while they are inside envelopes. They can be used in many ways and can reproduce routines commonly done with one-way cards… except these can be performed while you are blindfolded or with the cards behind your back. |
