Color Vision is a classic of magic that has been included in most children’s magic sets since the 1950s. It was invented by mentalist and magic dealer Martin Sunshine. It is likely the first mentalism routine most of us ever tried as kids where our friend put a cube in the box, remembering the top color and we devined what they were thinking. This is a cute version that uses a square skull instead of a color cube or die. You can even refer to it as a shrunken head… but be careful, you may offend some head shrinkers.
There are many handlings, versions, and techniques published for this routine but the handling that is taught in the tutorial is one I never saw before.
I also decided to combine both of Dan Garrett’s Close-Up Connivery #1 and his Closeup Connivery #2 into a single 30-page download. These are the routines he first used to gain his reputation, and the pdf includes routines by some of his famous friends.
►Box of Darkness:
This is an inexpensive version of Color Vision that is made of resin, but what makes it different is that the die is the shape of a skull with the six numbers imbedded in it.
Ideal for Halloween and other macabre presentations. You can even refer to it as a skull from a shrunken head.

►Close-Up Connivery Combined:
In 1982 Dan released his Close-Up Connivery #1 to coincide with an extensive lecture tour. In addition to his own creations he included routines from his friends Paul Sponaugle and Duke Stern. Six years later, in 1988 he ventured on another tour and decided to release Closeup Connivery #2 which included routines from his friends David Williamson, Max Maven, Michael Weber, and Charles Pecor. Both of those booklets are included in this download.
You will learn magic with coins, cards, finger rings, solid cups, coin purses, gimmicked coins, safety pins, business cards, and more.

►The Adventures Of The Amazing Kreskin:
This is a fun book that is an easy read. It reads like a superhero origin story, memoire, and graphic novel, with some lighthearted adventures that Kreskin experienced throughout his career.
As described from the back cover: “With a showman’s flair, a comedian’s wit, and the capacities of a bona fide Mentalist or thought reader, The Amazing Kreskin has, for six decades, dramatized the unique facets of the human mind. His very name has become an integral part of the pop culture lexicon throughout the world.”

►BACK IN STOCK:
Miracles can be seemingly achieved when you master the art of secretly switching items during magic routines. In card magic a deck switch is essential for many gaffed deck routines if you want to end clean. The book below is by far the best on the subject.
►Art Of Switching Decks:
Switching a deck of cards while playing any card game is one of the deadliest forms of cheating and many stories have been told about the “Cold Deck.” Although this book’s target audience is magicians it is still full of valuable information for the “professional gambler.”
Roberto Giobbi teaches you dozens of methods and strategies on how to switch decks standing, seated, with and without a jacket — using shrewd psychology, not knuckle-busting sleights or special gimmicks or apparatus. The only things required to do these professional switches are decks of cards and your pockets. You will learn all the methods for imperceptibly switching decks, along with the psychological principles behind them; principles that allow you to apply and modify deck switching techniques to suit any circumstance.

Stay happy, Meir
PS: Was sad to hear about the passing of my old friend Michael Gallo. During the years when we worked at Tannen’s together, we went out almost every night doing magic and hanging out with all the other young (at the time) sleight of hand artists. Roth, Latta, Conover, were just a small part of our posse.
