The Problema Dice trick is a classic of magic and has been produced by many magic companies over the years. Some versions are beautiful… This is not one of those. I managed to buy a bunch of inexpensive versions that use a plastic box and hand-made and hand-painted wooden dice. It is still a great trick and if you are not familiar with it you will really like it.

►Plastic Problema Dice:

This is an inexpensive toy version of this classic effect where you show six numbered dice in a small plastic box. You close the box, have a spectator roll a die on top of the box and whatever number shows on top is used for the magic. You lift the lid and show that all the dice in the box have the selected number facing up.

You may have noticed that I have not mentioned Sleeper and Invisible Card for the past few weeks. The reason is that they kept selling out before I got a chance to let you know they are back. But now, they are back…

►Sleeper:

This is an excellent gimmick that can be added to your ordinary deck of cards to make a selected card rise out of it.

What makes this gimmick special is that it is the thickness of three playing cards and once the selected card is returned into the gimmick it can be locked in place so you can shuffle and handle the deck before making the card rise in your hand.

►Invisible Card:

An ingenious 12-out system where you perform a very fair invisible deck routine with the last imaginary card being folded into quarters by the spectator and placed into your fist, which has been in full view since the beginning. When you open your fist, the card becomes visible and is unfolded to show it is the selection.
