Karl Fulves’ Gemini Twins has been released by more magic companies and magicians than you can imagine. There have been a few variations that became standards in many professional repertoires. The most popular were Scotty York’s Quintuplicate Coincidence and Lennart Green’s Stolen Cards.
A new inexpensive version was just released where all the cards are blank at the end. The quality of the cards are decent and you can add Bicycle cards to it for the routine. Although they will not match in texture or color, they will likely not be noticed, since at the end all the other cards are blank.
â–şGhost Deck:
You begin by showing a deck of cards where all the backs have different designs. You select two cards for yourself and hand the rest of the deck to a spectator.
The spectator freely deals as many cards as they want, face down, stopping whenever they choose. You place your first card face up into the deck to mark where the spectator stopped.
Again, the spectator continues dealing the cards, stopping wherever they wish, and you place your second card, face up, into the deck to mark the spot where they stopped at.
Despite the spectator being in full control and stopping whenever they want, your two cards have the exact same back design as the two cards they stopped at!
But it doesn’t end there-when you turn all four cards face up, the faces of all the cards match perfectly too!
And now for the final, mind-blowing twist…You flip the rest of the deck over to reveal that every single card has a blank face! Everything is now examinable.

â–şHocus Poker:
This is the first time the routine has been performed on video. Meir Yedid uses the exact handling that is taught… the only thing he changed was the presentation. Once you see what the routine looks like you will likely want to learn it.
The basic routine involves a contest between two card cheaters. Each gets the same hand “Aces & Eights” which is also known as the “Dead Man’s Hand.”
Using that hand they try to outcheat each other. The first cheater changes their hand to the four Aces! The second cheater changes their hand into a Straight Flush! As a finale the first cheater changes their hand into a Royal Flush!

â–şMultiple Impact:
Steve Beam has been closing his shows and his lectures for around 50 years with this multiple selection routine. It does not require any sleight of hand but does require practice and sleight of mind.
The spectators have free choices of the cards they select, and they lose the cards in the deck themselves! You then reveal every selection with 100% accuracy.
Here is how Steve introduced the trick in the booklet: “When I want to fool a large group of magicians, this is the trick I reach for. It is guaranteed to leave those not familiar with it groping for a solution. If I want to entertain a large group of laymen with a card trick, this is the trick I reach for. I have performed it for so long that I have developed bits of business which make it a very entertaining effect for magicians and laymen. I have used it for audiences ranging in size from six to six hundred and I have used it to close my lecture[s].”

â–şSmokers:
This is a massive in-depth history, analysis, variations, improvements, applications, and complimentary techniques to the little known 14/15 Principle with cards. It includes 16 new forces and 26 new routines and many of the routines could be classified as “Magician Foolers.”
The book explains the principle, explores the history, and details the major milestones in the use of the principle. It then moves from the past to focus on the future with new effects, subtleties, tangents, and stacks. This is not just a magic book. It’s a textbook on a powerful principle and a roadmap showing you where and how to use it. It pushes the boundaries of what was previously thought possible. This is the one-stop reference book on the principle but it’s also a fun read. And, a principle or a stack, without good effects to exploit it, is like having great ingredients but no recipe.
