Below is a quick rope routine I saw at Magic Live. It starts out as a version of Professor’s Nightmare and surprisingly ends as a single rope. I think it is ideal for an Emcee bit.
I also just received a few more of David Solomon’s Time Warp Wallets and have a few more copies of the book that originally came with it.
►Magician’s Daydream:
This is a quick rope routine that you can use as a segway between effects or as an Emcee interlude.
You display three lengths of red rope, a short, a medium, and a long.
You then pull the ropes as they visually become the same length.
You then magically turn the three equal lengths of rope into one long rope.

►Time Warp Wallet:
The main routine has you name your favorite card and your friend name any other card. Your card is lost anywhere in the deck as you attempt to cut to it. You cut to a card which you claim is your favorite, place it in the wallet as you remove some money. You then offer your friend the opportunity to win the money if they can cut to their card.
Of course, they can’t, and you then explain why. When the wallet is opened you show that the card you placed inside was your favorite card and the card that was behind a clear window the entire time was their freely named card.

►Time Warp Wallet Book:
This book was originally printed to accompany David Solomon’s Time Warp Wallet that was a very limited release that sold-out very fast.
After being out of stock for many years David sold the manufacturing rights to a company in China who released an excellent quality version with a video tutorial that includes all the tricks in the book. However, the book does contain more details and credits, and if you already own the wallet, you should get this as well.

►Rubinstein Coin Magic:
Dr. Michael Rubinstein has had a lifelong passion for magic with coins. Over his lifetime he has earned a reputation as being one of a handful of Coin Magic Experts. He has offered hundreds of techniques and routines in books, magazines and on video.
As he was working on his legacy project, he selected what he felt were the best of his routines and techniques and added many new routines and improvements for most others. You will find work on just about every known coin plot and some that you have never heard of. Most of the magic uses sleight-of-hand although there are sections on gaffs, chips, coins with cards and even some coin mentalism!
