Had a great time in Philadelphia last weekend and I appreciate the few magicians that made the trip to the show.

As I was spending around twelve hours preparing this week’s pdf download, I started thinking about how the magic publishing world changed since it became easier to self-publish and also how the latest trend of selling instructions that show you how to make and build your own gimmicks and props is evolving.

Just as important as the techniques taught on the video and the routine itself are the sections about theory and psychology which can be applied to any routine.

I had an opportunity to purchase a supply of beautiful paddles that were originally released by the Trickery and manufactured by The Magic Wagon under the name Penny Pour.

Just got back from a wonderful Magic Live Convention in Las Vegas where I had an opportunity to hang out with many friends and was also able to make some new contacts that are able to supply me and or manufacture for me some very interesting products and accessories.

Wanted to thank you for all your support and kind words and wishes. Harry Anderson used to often tell me, “Be careful what you wish for… you might actually get it.”

On June 28, 1979 I got a job working at Louis Tannen Inc. Tannen’s as it is commonly referred to, was the largest magic company in the world at the time, or at least that is what the ads said.

I was recently messing with some scrabble pieces and accidentally discovered that my name appears in the word cRIME. Have no idea what to do with that, apparently useless piece of information, so I thought I would waste your time with it too.

I am not sure when it actually happened, but I just realized that I might have an unhealthy addiction to peek devices and wallets.

Proving once again, to paraphrase the TV commercial from the past, “I am not just the president, but I am also a customer.”
