The demand for Dr. Michael Rubinstein’s The Other Hand went through the roof last week. Luckily Michael agreed to sell me a few more and delivered them to me yesterday. They are limited to only 60 pieces and we sold more than half of the run.

►The Other Hand:
After recording the formal TV version of the routine, he decided to continue refining the routine and eventually created a close-up version that is shorter, more direct, and easier to do. The new close-up version uses the same props but is streamlined for more intimate performances.
Since the props involved are difficult to put together, he decided to release a limited edition for serious coin magicians and collectors.
Comes with the beautifully antiqued chest, a high-end coin purse, a silicone hand, and access to the 1-hour and 42-minute video tutorial.

I also just released a digital download of David Roth’s first set of lecture notes that he used to sell along with his Portable Hole manuscript during the late 1970s and early 1980s. The introductory sale price will end on Nov. 29.

►Hand Mucking:
This book has become an underground classic and many copies of the first edition have been sold for more than $100. The full title is, “Hand Mucking: The Art Of Switching Cards In Play.”
There are no magic tricks discussed. It was written for both card cheaters and magicians who might want to incorporate these sleight of hand techniques into their hobby of profession. It discusses the many ways to switch cards that are in play which would mean during a game for gamblers and during a magic routine for magicians.
