Last minute reminder for my shows on Friday and Sunday. Marc Salem and I will be presenting our Mind Games Reloaded show in Piermont and Lindenhurst, New York. At the moment there are only nine seats left for the Turning Point show. By the way, did you know that the Turning Point is a historic nightclub which has featured more than 50 Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductees? Links below.
My monthly column in Rivertown Magazine continues in the September issue where I profile Marc Salem and teach a clever mentalism routine. Many of the attendees at Penguin Maxx got a free printed issue. You can have a free digital edition online: HERE.
I am introducing two new items this week. One was a hit at the Magic Live convention and the other I picked up this weekend because I thought it was terrific.
Zodiac Coin:
When Richard Micucci showed me this routine early this year, I really liked it and encouraged him to put it out. He was able to make a batch of them for me to take to Vegas and it almost sold out. It was a big hit and I think I had three left. A new batch arrived from the fabricator last week and I am now able to offer it to you.
It is based on the mathematical clock trick but is different in many visual ways. If you watch my trailer you will see the entire routine and procedure.
The strongest part comes in the middle when you tell your spectator what Zodiac sign they are thinking of. It seems impossible and that was the reason I was able to sell so many. Oh, and it is self-working and the prop you get is gorgeous.

Rubiked:
This actually came out a few months ago but I did not find out about it until now. As I was asking my friends at the Maxx if they saw anything interesting, I was guided toward Rubiked. So, I approached Penguin and bought all they had left at the end of the convention.
This is a devious use of technology using a Giiker cube. It is a Rubik type cube that transmits its condition to an app on your phone.
So, the basic routine has you tossing the cube to a spectator who mixes the cube as much as they like and when they are satisfied, they look at the photos on your phone where the last picture taken is the exact duplicate of their cube.

I was able to assemble a few more Catch Me & Win sets so if you missed out before you should be able to get one now. Since my travel and shows are done for the month, I hope to assemble all of the ones I have at the warehouse and make them permanently available.
