My Zinger Pro has been out of stock for a while and even though it looks like a simple gimmick it requires precise machining and matching up of coins.
Ted Bogusta just finished making 40 more of them for me and I added them to the website. I also decided to make a video trailer for it.
As you might remember this is a multiple out routine. As in almost all routines of this nature the outs range from great to OK. You never see the OK outs on the trailers. Only the great ones.
I decided to shoot the worst one of the three. Why? Not sure!
But this way you do get to see exactly what you are getting. One thing I started doing recently when performing this routine is to let people see the date on the coin by using the camera feature on my or their phone by zooming in.

Rage Therapy:
The introductory price for Rafael Benatar’s isolated silk through silk routine which is this week’s download will expire on Tuesday.
It occurred to me that you can even do patter about one silk being Houdini and exposing how it escapes from a sealed glass.

Halloween Magic Revue:
Since I, along with my co-producer Harvey Leeds are always looking for new ways to lose money while having fun, we decided to produce two different magic shows this Halloween at the iconic Turning Point in Piermont New York.
But that’s too easy, we might not have fun and accidentally make a profit. I know, lets invite our friends and favorite magicians to appear on the shows and create a party atmosphere.
But which friends? I know… all of them! And the first ones who get back to me are booked.
The response was great, and I decided to cap the shows at 10 acts per show with each doing 10 minutes or less. So, the two shows will be completely different. Check out the scheduled casts…

The reason I am telling you about these a month in advance is that the last show I did at the Turning Point sold-out (to lay people… go figure?) and we turned a bunch of friends away. Hope to see some of you there to join the party and watch me sweat the logistical chaos.
