Their eyes were wide. Their mouths gaped open in awe as they watched trick after trick with no idea how it happened. Laughter and squeals of delight filled the air as a gym full of students saw dozens of illusions performed right in front of their eyes. The Kinloch Elementary Koalas were truly baffled by the magician as he performed trick and trick just feet in front of them. Hornchurch magician stars in one-man show-Romford Recorder
Magician Jake Banfield, 27, of Cavendish Crescent, Hornchurch, is the star of Sprezzatura, a show featuring card tricks, illusions, and mind games at The Charlotte Street Hotel in central London. Circus World magician to vanish-Sauk Prairie Eagle
After 10 years at Circus World Museum, illusionist Tristan Crist is pulling a disappearing act. He’s bound for Lake Geneva, where he’s building an intimate downtown theater for his magic shows. “I hope some of the Circus World fans follow me down there,” Crist said. “Over 10 years you grow a lot of friends and fans in the area.” His last shows at Circus World are Sunday. Crist has spent the past decade at the museum, where he helped expand the performance season by putting on shows in the spring and fall.
