Spook show: Magician brings scares to Center for the Arts - Russellville Courier
Two weeks ago, Dustin Curry stuck a four-inch nail up his nose for a few of his friends. Before that, the last time Curry had done it was in April, on stage for an audience as a part of a magic show called Mister Gremor’s Caravan of Curiosities, the same magic show, that he will be performing at the Russellville Arts Center on Jan. 12.

Wallingford magician has no plans to disappear from entertainment scene
Charles “Chick” Kelman has performed for the likes of John Travolta and Oprah, but he’s just as happy to play to a crowd of elementary school children gathered on the floor in front of him. Kelman, 73, has been practicing magic since 1973. He carries with him all the tools of the trade -- including magic wands and disappearing scarves -- but he considers himself an entertainer, not a magician.

Magician pulls escape stunt to win Houdini handcuffs
A leading magician has told how he managed to bag a "priceless" new year gift after completing an escape in honour of his hero Harry Houdini. Card trickster and escape artist Steve Spade got his quick hands on a set of handcuffs originally used by his hero, after winning them in a bet with a US film crew.
